Shipping Information
We use the best couriers in the business to ensure your product reaches you in not only a timely fashion but in perfect condition.
We ship from our warehouse Monday to Friday.
On next day delivery services, if the order is received before 1pm, we will dispatch for the next working day. If received after 1pm, we can not guarantee it will dispatched that day and will be dispatched the following day for the following working day.
On our stand shipping rate, your order will be dispatched within 3 working days, and can take up to 4 working days.
Our couriers deliver from between 8am and 6pm, but if you would like to chase up your delivery please contact us directly
We request that you carefully check your package for damages before accepting delivery, as this may influence the decision on a return. If your package is damaged in any way, please refuse the item and contact us on 01954 231030.
